As families prepare for the upcoming school year, many students face challenges accessing the supplies they need to succeed in the classroom. Through United Way's Stuff the Bus initiative, ATC team members, residents, and communities have the opportunity to help bridge that gap by donating essential school supplies.
Over the coming weeks, collection boxes will be placed throughout our corporate office and participating communities, making it easy for everyone to get involved. Donations of backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, folders, calculators, and other classroom essentials will help local children start the school year equipped and ready to learn.
To make things even more exciting, ATC is adding a little friendly competition to the effort. Departments will compete to see who can collect the most supplies, with the winning team earning company-wide bragging rights and a special surprise. While the competition will certainly be fun, the real winners will be the students and families who benefit from the generosity of our ATC team.
Community involvement has always been an important part of who we are. Whether we're developing communities, creating memorable resident experiences, or supporting local organizations, we believe investing in people creates lasting impact.
We encourage all ATC team members and residents to join us in supporting this important cause. Together, we can help ensure local students have the tools they need to learn, grow, and succeed.
After all, when a community comes together, even small contributions can make a big difference.
