Renters Insurance
Dear Future and Current Residents,
ATC Development requires all residents to carry a renters insurance policy with a minimum of $100,000 of liability coverage or pay a $15.00 monthly fee to cover STRUCTURAL LIABILITY ONLY in the event of a fire.
Please bear in mind that by paying the $15 fee to ATC Development, you are not covering any of your personal property. For just a few dollars more, you can have the required liablity coverage as well coverage on your personal belongings in the event of a loss. ATC Development has a renters insurance program in place with First Advantage Safe Rent that offers low premiums.
